Directions
From I-75 North take the #14 (Woodlawn - Evendale) exit. Follow the sign towards Woodlawn West (Glendale - Milford Rd). Continue westbound on Glendale - Milford Rd. You will pass Brown-Mackie College on the left, then turn left into Glendale Place Care Center.
