Directions

From I-71 South, take the Fields Ertel / Mason Montgomery (#19) exit. Turn left onto Fields Ertel Rd. Turn left onto Governors Way, which is the third traffic light.

From I-71 North, take the Fields Ertel / Mason Montgomery (#19) exit. Go straight through the light. You will be on Governors Way.

Governors Way will dead end into a strip mall. Turn right onto Union Cemetery Road. Follow Union Cemetery through the traffic light. After you pass Union Cemetery on the right and the Police Station, turn left into The Lodge Care Center.
